Minimum Order / 最低注文金額

 

• Standard delivery area: Minimum $50

• Extended delivery area: Minimum $70

  拡張配達エリア：最低注文金額 $70

​

• Outside Orange County: Minimum $300+ (based on distance and order size)

  オレンジカウンティ外：最低注文金額 $300〜（距離・注文内容により変動）

 

 

 

⏰ Order Notice / ご注文期限

Bento Orders / 弁当注文

​

• 5–19 meals: At least 5 days in advance

  5〜19食：5日前までにご注文ください

​

• 20–49 meals: At least 7 days (1 week) in advance

  20〜49食：1週間前までにご注文ください

​

• 50+ meals: At least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance

  50食以上：2週間前までにご注文ください

💳 Payment / お支払いについて

• Full payment is required at least 3 days before the scheduled date.

  ご利用日の3日前までに全額お支払いをお願いいたします​。

• Payment should be made via the payment link provided by us.

  お支払いは注文確定時にお送りするリンクよりお願いいたします。

​

• Cash or check payments may be accepted upon request.

  現金・チェックでのお支払いもご相談可能です。

❌ Cancellation / キャンセルについて

 

• 2+ days before scheduled date: No charge

  ご利用日の2日前まで：キャンセル料はかかりません。

​

• 1 day before scheduled date: 60% charge

  前日：60%のキャンセル料

​

• On the scheduled date: 100% charge

  当日：100%のキャンセル料

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and inform us contact info.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  交通状況・悪天候などにより配達遅延してしまう場合もあります。ご了承ください。

• Menu and availability may vary depending on order size and timing

  ご注文内容や時期によりメニューの変更・ご希望内容に添えない場合がございます。​​

• Please consume meals within 4 hours if kept at room temperature

  常温で保管される場合は、受け取り後4時間以内にお召し上がりください。

• If refrigerated, meals should still be consumed on the same day

  冷蔵保存された場合も、当日中にお召し上がりください。​​
